Stepping Ahead is a Structured Drug and Alcohol Relapse Prevention Program for Women Only. We are located in North Palm Beach, Florida and offer women in recovery a safe, and chemical-free atmosphere in which to recover. All of our residents have one common bond, that is they suffer from the problems and consequences that stem from drug addiction and/or alcoholism.

We have designed an affordable program, which will help women develop new healthy relationships with other women in recovery and a support system that will aid in establishing long-term sobriety. Our program includes: independent group therapy, transportation to AA/NA meetings, structured program rules such as curfews and required attendance at AA/NA meetings, and sponsorship. We have found that the combination of these elements are highly effective in battling the insidious disease of alcoholism and drug addiction.

Our staff lives on the premises and are available to support the women on a 24-hour basis. Our program also allows residents the ability to gain employment as long as it is conducive to their 12-step recovery. All of our staff is in recovery and understands what it is like to have to start over without the use of drugs or alcohol. We too have waged our own battles with drug addiction and alcohol.

Stepping Ahead is strategically located near shopping, many employment opportunities as well as two college campuses and many medical facilities should additional help be necessary. A nearby AA clubhouse offers several meetings daily and there are many more NA/AA meetings within the vicinity.

We are 10 minutes from the beach where there is also a meeting and the Palm Beach area offers everything ranging from boating to ballet, the New City Place development and any other interests that you might have.
